  • If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests outside of this window will not be honored.

  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development work or any personalized services.
  • Subscriptions that have already been partially used (i.e., no refund for partially consumed subscription periods).
  • Third-party integrations or services purchased through ReiKoleci.com but offered by other vendors.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If you are on a subscription plan and decide to cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused days within that billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please ensure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes to the refund policy indicates your acceptance of those changes.
